CONDITIONS

Dear guest,
Thank you for booking with us. We kindly ask you to read the reservation policy thoroughly as you automatically accept the following terms and conditions when booking.

DURATION AND DELAYS

We kindly ask of you to notify us of any delays.

We cannot guarantee an extension of the reservation in case of delays.

Unnoticed delays of more than 45 minutes will result in an automatic cancellation and your table will be given to someone on our waiting list. And a full menu fee will be charged.

CANCELLATIONS

You can cancel your reservation through your confirmation email up until 72 hours before your reservation. If you cancel later than this, a full menu fee per person will be charged.

Changes regarding arrival time and the number of guests are binding from the time the booking is made and can only be altered with written confirmation from us.

NO SHOW CONDITIONS

Please note that a valid credit card is necessary to guarantee your reservation. In the case of a late cancellation or a no-show the restaurant reserves the right to deduct a no-show fee of the booked menus amount.

DIETARY RESTRICTIONS AND ALLERGIES

Please note any dietary restrictions or allergies of your or your fellow diners before confirming your reservation on the next page. We cannot guarantee to accommodate for allergies specified less than 24 hours before your reservations. Please contact os on info@restaurantaure.dk if your allergy/allergies are not mentioned here.

ANIMAL FRIENDLINESS

Please note that although we love pets we cannot allow you to bring your dogs or other pets.
